Biography

Brian Gruber focuses his practice on general liability claims, but he also has experience involving first-party property, employment law, third-party claims, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, premises liability and vehicle negligence claims. He is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the Federal Courts of the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

 An honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran, Brian brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial business experience in the Green Industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota, and hold undergraduate degrees from St. Petersburg College in Florida.

 Brian served on a Florida Supreme Court Committee on Mediation Ethics (the Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee [MEAC] from 2021 through 2024. Previously, he was a court-appointed county mediator to the Sixth Judicial Circuit and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits of Florida where he successfully mediated over a 1,000 substantive court ordered mediations spanning a wide range of issues. He serves as an arbitrator/hearing officer in the Juvenile Arbitration program in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Additionally, Brian is a court-appointed arbitrator in Florida since 2022 and holds certification as a Minnesota Rule 114 Licensed Qualified Neutral, Mediator and Arbitrator.
