Biography

Ms. Holmes is a seasoned litigator who has almost twenty years of experience as a trial attorney. She has dedicated her career to insurance defense litigation with concentrated experience in construction site/pharmaceutical site accidents, construction defect, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, products liability, toxic tort, premises/commercial premises liability, insurance coverage, SIU/fraud, DRAM shop liability, professional liability, public entity liability, employment law, education law, Title IX matters, special education/regulatory federal law (IDEA, FAPE), transportation law, and motor vehicle accidents. Ms. Holmes has a wealth of experience representing clients at all stages of trial, mediation and arbitration at the federal, state and national/administrative law levels, skills which are essential to our litigation practice. Ms. Holmes has also represented clients in civil rights and due process matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums throughout the country.

 Ms. Holmes is passionate about the work that she does and is remarkably dedicated. In the interests of public service, Ms. Holmes serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is also an advocate for those who cannot defend themselves, assisting with animal rescue personally and professionally, on a pro bono basis.

Ms. Holmes received both her undergraduate degree and law degree from Temple University, where she successfully represented Temple Law at a competitive level in both trial advocacy and appellate work, earning her several accolades and awards.

 Ms. Holmes has experience at the State, Federal, and Appellate levels, and is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey. She has represented clients nationally in both administrative and legal proceedings on a pro hac vice basis, giving her a diverse familiarity with litigation mechanisms nationwide.
