Biography
Mr. Miller has been practicing civil litigation for over 20 years. His practice is primarily focused on third party defense litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability, wrongful death, auto negligence, commercial transportation, construction defect, and employment. Mr. Miller has handled high exposure negligence and wrongful death cases, including negligent security, drowning, trucking, construction and racetrack accidents. He represents his clients with professionalism, diligence, and aggressiveness in their defense. Mr. Miller has first and second chaired numerous successful jury trials in various Florida jurisdictions.
