Biography

Sara Green loves applying her legal education and experience to help individuals who have been wronged. Piecing together the puzzle of a dispute, supporting her clients, and treating each client’s cause as her own, drive her passion to end employment discrimination.

Ms. Green is an experienced litigator with Hardin Thompson, P.C. where she devotes most of her practice to employment law. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation including employment discrimination, class actions, civil sexual assaults, and wage & hour claims.

A graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. She started her career as a deputy district attorney with the 21st Judicial District of Colorado, prosecuting individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes. While there, her successes included winning an appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court on written argument.

Ms. Green has diverse background and has handled a broad range of cases including commercial litigation, insurance defense, criminal matters and civil litigation. Ms. Green is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Florida, and Texas.
