Biography

Nicole graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 1996 with a BA in English Literature and Spanish. She also earned her Master's Degree in Spanish Literature from Columbia University before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002. Ms. Panico then moved to Miami, Florida where she began her law career practicing Immigration Law for a large global non-profit organization and then in the private sector.

In 2011 Nicole shifted her legal career to insurance defense litigation and has since practiced with some of Florida (and the country's) prestigious insurance defense firms in addition to working as In House Counsel for a large Florida based insurer.

Nicole's practice consists of civil litigation with a primary focus on first party property claims, for which she has handled all types--including wind, water damage, theft, fire, lightning, hurricane, hail damage, etc. from inception to trial and has resolved countless claims and lawsuits by counseling her clients to meet their goals in the most cost-effective manner, often times before reaching trial and avoiding its uncertainty.
